A reminder. Dilapidation reports due 3 March.

  2. The University of New South Wales Insurance
Company are not going to help you all, sorry.
You should all get an 'Insurance Risk Assessment'
a.s.a.p. along with all your Dilapidation reports.

Where does the underground 'tunnel' run, under
which houses in your area? Please, go find the map.

HUGE 'trucking risk' dangerous risk, from 'one'
    who knows.

  3. I just got home... !!!!!!&*($%^@!!
    Whats all this?
Who is J.O.A. someone mentioned to me that
the petrol station cnr. Greens Road and Oxford
Street has a huge underground tank containing
massive amounts of petrol that would be very
dangerous and could explode if tampered with!

So much for 'planning' and looking out for any
one living there ! Looks like the UNSW would
just love to blow us all up!

    To J.O.A Trades .

However it would not go amiss to forward the cost of your 'delapidation report' to them. After all you would not need one if they weren't sending a 'flotilla of diesel emitting' trucks and 'jack hammering' demoliton armies into your Heritage community.
The UNSW Insurance Company/Trust should also set aside 'monies' to reimburse each and every member of the community and general public who access/and or live in the area - oops sorry should mention students and staff, for the inconvenience and potential health hazards that are bound to arise over the years.
But just remember some $50million of Taxpayers funds are in there, sure as eggs they will use that to offset any liabilities. Sigh, again the jolly old Taxpayer pays the lot!!!!!
This surely is a meanie old Deany - why won't he use the vacant building instead - he could knock down CoFA and hand back the land to the Community who could turn it into a park or something!
Called goodwill I think - UNSW has it in buckets full - Goodwill that is!!!!!!!
